A Pretty Day – Day one of NaPoWriMo Poems Apr1 by Freeda Baker Nichols Oh, what a pretty day today, the sun is high and warm and bright. The little lambs run out to play then sleep in bed of straw at night. Copyright, 2013, Freeda Baker Nichols Rate this:TwitterPinterestLinkedInMoreFacebookLike Loading...

I’d love to own a sheep. My dad raised sheep but I was too young to remember them. I guess some of them must have died. When I would see mounds of dirt in the woods, I used to think a sheep was buried there.
