These hills that reach to touch me

The longest I lived anywhere was around 5 years and that has been in the last 8 years. Lots of memories but not of a hometown. This new home will be my last so it is my hometown with memories growing till the end of time

    • My children don’t have a hometown. When asked where they’re from, they say, “My parents are from Arkansas.” As someone said, “A rolling stone gathers no moss.” 🙂 Thanks for commenting, Donna. Your memories are what’s important–write them down, and enjoy them.

  4. It seems no matter where we live our hometown will always seem like home. When i think of the place i grew up, it brings back so many memories, mostly good.
