I was having a peaceful lunch until that camera bug came by, then I left the quiet of this plum tree for the high, leafy red oak! She never saw me again!
So you speak squirrel too–what a multi-talented lady! We had a couple ground squirrels in the lawn over the weekend and they just sat really still until we got quite close. Wish I’d had my camera with me!
Right Marilyn. I think this picture turned out well since the squirrel did not know I was there. I think he was eating a pecan that’s from last year’s crop. Not good ones, but the squirrels eat them.

I do enjoy it. A cool, shady time here in the spring, but summer will be too hot to outside.
