Seeing Red

The wild things are not always wild.
Sometimes they seem quite tame.
They come each day to get some feed
and stay to play a game.
With patience Mr. Redbird waits
beneath the feeding tray
until Woody eats his breakfast
and quickly flies away.

Amazing collection of birds–you couldn’t have posed them better on purpose!

    • That was a lucky day! Haven’t seen it before or since, although they both still come to feed. Just don’t see that many and especially not with the “fraidy bird” beneath the feed tray. 🙂
